Wolf reintroduction in Colorado is coming to fruition through the exercise of direct democracy. Colorado voters decided to restore gray wolves to the state by December 2023. Colorado Parks and Wildlife and other stakeholders are currently debating the reintroduction timeline, providing opportunities for public input. This process should be democratic, ecologically focused and compassionate (for both people and wolves).

Join ACES for an evening looking back at the history of wolf reintroduction, followed by a discussion about the reality of living with wolves that Coloradans face with a moderated panel. The panel discussion will be followed by a live performance inspired by wolves.
